What’s Included?

    • Preliminary situational appraisal (conversation via email, messaging, Zoom, or phone) and/or intake form to fill out about your current and/or future needs (previous clients do not need to fill out unchanged information, only name and current/future needs)

    • Proposal for potential consulting, including some ideas and suggestions for addressing concerns as well as recommended time/session lengths as a starting point for consultation

    • Flexible scheduling options, typically mutually decided one-on-one (In the future, this may be updated to include a self-service scheduling option).

    • Personalized, bespoke session(s) requested (usually via Zoom or online platform, phone-call option when needed, in-person possible for some scenarios), tailored specifically for the client and their needs

    • Follow-up Report document after each session with assessments, positions, may include additional resources or tasks to complete dependent upon circumstance (typically given 7 within 1-2 days following session)

    • The option to communicate and ask questions (via email or phone) on any of the materials or discussion from the preceding session(s) within a reasonable degree (varies per project) between sessions

    • The option to request a follow-up(s) “check-in(s)” by one of us at a desired time frame in the future on how things are going, as ongoing support

    • The option for a Virtual Punch Card (VPC)

    • The option to add A La Carte Add-On Items

    • An opt-in/opt-out for email communications outside of consultation services

    • A feedback debriefing/satisfaction survey following completion of the first session and after the full agreement term-length (after 1 session, after 6 sessions, etc)

    • Future special opportunities for being our current or former client
